However it seems to work O. Can I continue to use this version as if it's the free version? See also question 2 2. In the "my subscription" screen there is a "remove licence" option, and when you click on it is says that it will downgrade you to AVG Antivirus free, which is what I want.
However when I clicked on "remove licence", it gave a message "an error occurred during licence removal" see screen print below , and the main screen still says "AVG Internet security".
In menu, settings, update, the settings for program updates are greyed out, and you can't change them, or even see what they are currently set to.
